Sunday 23rd May 2004, is a historical day for our Zebbug Rovers Football Club. Of course Zebbuggozo.com assisted for the celebrations of our local football club. A long carcade at 3.00pm from Zebbug to Gozo Stadium opened the activities. At 4.00pm, Zebbug Rovers FC played their last match of the league against sportive rivals Nadur Youngsters FC. Afterwards President of the Gozo Football Association, Mr Joe Cordina, presented the Championship Trophy infront of numerous supporters celebrating the success.

Than another carcade back to Zebbug followed. Flags, banners and horns helped the celebrating atmosphere to be a memorable one. On arrival to Zebbug, infront of the Rovers club premisses, a street party took place. Special T shirts and Zebbug gear for the occasion could be seen everywhere. There were also Food and Drink stands. The Disco was the main
activity were not only the youths danced to the music but also the elderly enjoyed the atmosphere. Zebbug Rovers FC's new anthem written by Mr Joe Bajada and music by Mro Joseph Grech, was played to the joy of everyone.
